Just bought a new house where previously the bathroom was downstairs but the 3rd bedroom has been turned into the bathroom! I want to reverse this and move the bathroom from the third bedroom back downstairs!
All of the drainage and toilet remains downstairs, will require changing pipework,minor electrics, re tiling etc.
It's one of those jobs that is fairly straightforward but I would recommend a site visit to see if you want the job!
I would like the work done by Xmas this year at the latest so don't get yourself on the shortlist if you can't do it by then!
I'll supply the bathroom suite, tiles etc.
If you could just price for labour only plus fittings, adhesives and consumables etc!
If you can plumb and fit kitchens too you can price and do it together, same conditions I'll supply the kitchen!
